Dresden Furnished living Moving in
If you come to Dresden for a few months, you need neither a furniture store nor a moving van. One suitcase is enough. We have been letting furnished flats in Dresden's Neustadt district since 1993, and the procedure has stayed simple over the years.
Inquiry and viewing
Under Apartments you see every vacant flat with photos, floor plan and price. Tell us which flat interests you and from when you would like to move in. We arrange viewings from Monday to Thursday by phone or e-mail.
Rental period and contract
Tenancy agreements start at a minimum rental period of seven months. The deposit is three basic rents; there is no commission. For electricity, heating and water you pay a monthly advance that we settle once a year according to your consumption.
What you will find
Every flat has its own kitchen with basic crockery, a bathroom with shower or bathtub, satellite and cable TV and free Wi-Fi. The launderette in the house with washing machines and dryers is open to you.
The location
Dresden-Neustadt station, tram lines 7, 8 and 13, shops, bars and restaurants are right nearby. The airport is ten minutes away by car, the A 4 and A 13 motorways less than five.
