All furnished flats are equipped with a small, practical kitchen (some with a modern fitted kitchen) and basic crockery. Each flat has its own bathroom with shower (some with bathtub) and WC.

You can watch satellite/cable TV with a variety of German, English and other language programmes. Internet via WLAN is available free of charge.

Tenancy agreements can be concluded for a minimum rental period of seven months. You pay a monthly advance payment for consumption-based ancillary costs (electricity, heating, cold water, hot water), which is billed annually according to individual consumption. Thanks to very good thermal insulation, the ancillary costs are optimised for you.

A deposit of three basic rents is charged upon conclusion of a tenancy agreement. All our flats are let free of commission.

We offer you the use of our launderette, equipped with washing machines and tumble dryers.
